2013 Season

We are gearing up for the 2013 season!  With the new rec center and fish cleaning facility completed, we look forward to our best season ever!  Facilities include:  new rec center which includes a storm shelter/ kitchen/office/ movies, games/ books/showers/restrooms/ screened patio,  a new fish cleaning facility,  docks, boat launch, sand volleyball, planned activities.  Featuring 71  seasonal and daily campsites on 25 acres of lakefront and woods, along with RV and Park Model sales and full time caretaking.   We're getting ready for a great vacation.....Yours!

The building process.....

6/26/2012. Summer is in full swing.  Record rains hit Brainerd last week bringing the lake up nearly 18 inches. Our new rec center is nearing completion and is turning out well. We are looking forward to hostingthe Boat Parade for the Lake on July 4, 2012 beginning at noon at Crescent Bay.  The Kids Parade and Carnival is on Sat July 7 at Paradise Point.

 

Progress

This week should be a busy one for us as we prepare to open The Harbor On Crescent Bay later this month. It has been a long  process getting the resort rebuilt,  but we are in the final lap!  The new children's play center, the lawn swings for the lakefront and the storage building for the well, with temp office space  are all scheduled to arrive this coming week.  The docks are in and our Seasonal Campers are beginning to  been roll in to get things set up for the season.

We will be having full time caretaking service at the resort watching over the resort, once we open. We welcome Stan and Jean, who will be spending the summer with us helping caretake. Stan is retired from a career in  law enforcement and Jean is a nurse.
